The Pledge Award recognises outstanding efforts with respect to gender diversity in international arbitration. This may be an individual, an organisation, committee or other group who are worthy of recognition for their outstanding contribution or other efforts to improve gender diversity.
Each year, a shortlist of candidates will be drawn up based on nominations from the global arbitration community. The winner will be voted on by the GAR readership and announced at the GAR Awards Ceremony in the Spring.
